Where to Start

When this website was first created Nancy wanted to make sure that anyone who was struggling with addiction knew that they were loved and that someone cared about them. People often get looked down upon and are made to feel ashamed of themselves. There is so much stigma around having an addiction or being labled an "addict" that she wanted to create a guilt-free, loving place where people could explore the idea of recovery without feeling less-than for having an unhealthy relationship with substances. That being said, any information provided here does not give any official diagnosis or prognosis, nor are we to be considered as mental health profesionals. We simply hope to get you as many resources as possible so that you feel a bit more comfortable and knowledgable during this new journey.
